General Questions for Super Connect Events
These FAQs are relevant to anyone attending or thinking of attending one or more of our Super Connect events
Since all Super Connect events are focused on super connecting people based on mutual need, every single attendee is expected to fill in a registration form associated with their attendance with their full transparent business needs (e.g. need for AI tech), interests (e.g. to discuss pilots, investment etc) and their specific challenges (e.g. recruitment challenge). Based on every attendees’ answers, the Super Connect team put together ‘Super Connect Sheets’ on the day as either hard copy or soft copy emails to each attendee on the day at the point of arrival only. This sheet sets out at least 5 or more people / organisations that the team believe you should meet based on our recommendation and the answers that they have put on their event registration form. This will include details of their name, title, company and the reason you should connect by stating the relevant need, interest and/or challenge relevant to you enabling you to save time by knowing exactly who you should meet using people’s name cards and photos provided in addition to others you are drawn to on the day. After the day, the team spends the next few days making all relevant introductions by email for those you had a chance to meet and those you didn’t to ensure that no stone is unturned so to speak.
If you can’t find the person you simply ask to be pointed to ‘Kosta’ (see bio) who will do his best to warmly introduce you to the right person. After the day, the team spends the next few days making all relevant introductions by email for those you had a chance to meet and those you didn’t to ensure that no stone is unturned so to speak.
Note: The other person will have you on their Super Connect Sheet as well so you may find them come up to you which might save you the effort
That is not a problem, please let Kosta know after the event and we are happy to make a direct email introduction.
Yes, there are always private meetings rooms available and sometimes small pods to have conversations and demos in a more private setting though there are always seats, sofas and areas to stand to continue any discussions.
The dress code at our events is smart casual.
