Kosta is an award-winning global super-connector who has designed and/or delivered some of the leading startup, tech, investment and/or non-profit initiatives in Europe. He is the Founder and CEO of Empact Ventures who leads and supports a number of tech initiatives including Super Connect (Co-Founder), the I-COM Global Data Startup Challenge (as Global Vice Chair) and The Venus Awards (as Head of Partnerships). He also sits on a number of boards including the Global Entrepreneurship Network UK (GEN UK), I-COM Global UK Advisory Board, Europe-India Centre for Business and Industry (EICBI) and more. Prior to Empact Ventures, Kosta was one of the founding members and the Digital Development Director of the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs (NACUE), a non-profit orgisation support the development of student-led enterprise societies in 100 UK universities and 200 further education colleges which went on to secure £3.5m from the UK Government’s Department of Business, Innovation and Skills. In 2015 – 2017, he was the Campaign Manager of StartUp Britain, the UK’s leading campaign for small business launched at Downing Street with then Prime Minister and Buckingham Palace with HRH Duke of York before touring the UK to 90 UK cities and towns providing 15,000 people with free business advice.

Raphael is an enabler of young entrepreneurs and has worked with over 80 startups in the past few years leading Warwick Incubator which he co-founded at the University of Warwick. He has also run initiatives to equip hundreds of students with technical skills and worked for startups in the Education and MedTech space. He is now working as Head of Ventures with Empact Ventures where he designs and delivers startup initiatives like Super Connect and its Venture Labs, Pitch Days for tech startups and acts as a global startup scout. Raphael holds an undergraduate degree in Management and masters degree in Drama and Theatre Education from the University of Warwick, where his research focused on fear of failure in relation to startup founders.

Jemma Cooper is a multi-award winning young female entrepreneur who loves to inspire and help people through the multiple enterprise initiatives she remains involved with. She previously took over a failing beauty business (Hi Therapies) at the age of 21 before turning it around to employ over 12 staff with a six figure turnover over 7 years securing an industry award from Professional Beauty as its Regional Beauty Salon of the Year South West 2016 before the business was acquired in March 2018. She then founded JemmaCo Beauty Care providing her own hand-crafted massage balms which are used by professional therapists, colleges, salons and spas across the UK and Ireland of which an exclusive number of these offer our signature massage treatments. She’s previously secured several awards including Rock Stars – Entrepreneurial Star of the Future 2013, Princes Trust – Enterprise Award South West 2013, Dorset Venus Awards – New Business of the Year 2013 and Venus Women National Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2013.
